Our history
From an idea in 2016 to a national IT reference
Atomic was born from the perception that Brazilian companies needed more than tools: they needed partners with real technical mastery, who understood day-to-day challenges and delivered results.
We started with a focus on software quality, an area where we identified a major gap between what companies needed and what the market offered. Over time, we expanded into process automation and tech staffing, always following the same logic: deep specialization before growth.
Today we serve companies of every size and segment, from industries such as Gerdau and BRF to pharmaceutical companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, always with the same culture of excellence that founded us.
Founding
Atomic is founded in Sao Paulo with a focus on test automation and software quality.
First Proton version and focus on QA professional staffing
We launched the first version of Proton, our test automation orchestration platform, and started staffing QA professionals to meet the growing demand for software quality specialists.
Expansion into RPA and development
We began offering business process automation and developer staffing, expanding our work beyond QA.
Tech Staffing
We structured the tech professional staffing vertical, with our own selection and onboarding process.
Proton 4
We launched the 4th generation of Proton, with significant improvements in performance and usability.
Proton 5
We developed the 5th generation of Proton and expanded our staffing portfolio to include development, data, and management professionals, while maintaining our focus on quality and results.
