Exercise your data subject rights
Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives you the right to know what personal data Atomic Solutions processes about you, correct it, delete it, or port it to another provider. This page explains how to exercise those rights quickly and free of charge.

How to request
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) with the following information:
- Your full name and Brazilian taxpayer ID (CPF) to confirm your identity
- Attachment with a copy of a government-issued photo ID (for verification only — we do not store it)
- Clear description of the right you wish to exercise (access, correction, deletion, etc.)
- Email or phone for us to reply
Response time
We will respond to your request within 15 calendar days from receipt, per LGPD art. 19, §1. In complex cases, this period may be extended with prior justification.
No cost
Requests to exercise rights are free of charge, per LGPD art. 18, §5.
